Didn't know what to expect. Really was just looking for a long run but the more I considered it, the more it seemed like a good idea to get some MPs.
Full House- Linda-Lou, Greg, Frank, Faye, JB, Audrey, G-Man and me.
People got to the lot at different times and did different miles before the official 7:55. Audrey ran with me.
I hurt my piriformis (sp?)/left hamstring/glute I think I can roll it better over the next couple of days.
Breezy but a nice morning. DD after. Tried out the HotShot after the run just to see the taste. Wow! It is spicy and "hot" need water with it.
