Chris throws out 3 x 2 mile @ 8:15 mpm with 800 m recovery as the workout like it is easy. No way Jose. My target was 8:30 or so for each mile and for each set.
Hussein just jogging next to me, I put a bunch of effort into this one. Hoping I can save my entire Chicago training with this one week. Call it the ultimate cram.
Don't judge me but I love to watch Faye run. It seems so easy for her.
