This was mind over body. I decided to not run today, just wasn't feeling it. Then I decided to just go out for 2 miles.
Then the mind started to whip the body. Whip, whip, whip.
Made my way to the Southside Dr. Hill. Up, down. Quit? No. Up, down. Up, down. Up, down. Up, down. Up, down.
6 repeats and extra work to get to 7 miles on a day when zero was possible.
