Chris, Marsha and me on a beautiful spring like day with temp at or near 70 degrees. Glorious.
Started on downhill at Centennial Lake for 3 miles of LT. Chris suggested 8:15 pace which seemed right. Once again, I'm pretty much spot on. A touch fast but nothing to worry about here.
