Notes
The workout for the evening was to be 1/2 mile at pretty good speed, 1/4 mile recovery for 6 repeats. This was the legitimate warm up and it was pretty fast. Chris had multiple wardrobe malfunctions with the lacing on her shoes and we got left behind with Greg, Marsha and Amanda going counter clockwise on the lake. We ended up doing our workout clockwise including Frank's Folly.
