Turned out to be a great day. Run with Chris and Frank. We really did good work on this run. 2 loops at airport. Easy start for a few miles and then MP.
Tables turned on Christrickery. She read my email that said "About 9:30 pace" Well, it was "about that". Priceless to see the look when I indicated that we would be doing "about 8:55 mpm miles" each loop.
I really enjoyed this day.
