Notes
Good time this morning. Met Chris and Audrey at the airport for 18 miles. We took it easy for the first couple and then got into a good groove. Somewhere on the first loop, Chris needed to use facilities and there was a yard sale/craft sale at the Hampden House. She ducked into the house for the bathroom and Audrey and I milled around the tables of jewelry. Turns out, they had a pair of inexpensive turtle earrings that she loved ($5). Perfect.
We continued our loop and as we were coming up on the parking lot, I see a guy walking towards the lot going the same way as us. From the back, it looked like it could be Dennis O'Connor. Sho nuff. It was Dennis. Chatted a little and then got ready for the second loop.
I ran the first loop with my new Invisaligns in but the plastic really dries out the mouth. Popped out my "teeth", changed shirts, grabbed water and back out. End of the run turned into a lesson on how Audrey can put down the Old Man. She honestly wasn't breathing hard as we went below MP into Tempo for three miles. DD after which I always enjoy and the manager recognized Chris and wanted to know why she hadn't been in for awhile. (She is a Star)
