Nice company with Kath. The run itself was a grind. Definitely want to amputate my left knee/leg but will wait until after Philly. HR was way too high in last few miles but they were all uphill. Left Kath at mile 10 and put the Hammer down.

Hilarious. Knee is day to day right now. Going to take some rest days this week but it didn't do any good when I didn't run for 10 days on vacation. Getting old has been unpleasant.
