Notes

Workout was 6 x 1/2 mile with quarter mile recovery. Water after sets of 2. Chris, Greg, Katherine and Janeth. Mostly empty track. Weird dude in silver sandals just walking and picking at his hair for many laps. Funny chubby kid who loved high fives from Chris.

My pace was somewhere between 3:52 to 3:58 for 1/2 mile= 3:48 to 3:54 for Yasso 800s. If I had done 10 of them, then on target for a 3:50 marathon.
