I want to thank my besties today. Chris, Audrey, Faye and Frank. This was the biggest run planned for the Hanson training. 2 loops at the Airport with the second loop consisting of 4 x 1.5 at MP - 10 seconds with 1/2 mile recovery in between intervals.
Not kidding, this felt good but also tough run. Confidence builder.
BTW- down to 155 pounds. Down 10 pounds since beginning of year. Just maintain from here.
