Learned my lesson from yesterday so I put a bandaid on the nipple. Running with Alan and LL. Hot and humid again. Sun coming coming out. Then, I'm wondering why the right you know what is hurting again. Do the old pull the shirt out throughout the run.
Alan hits a GU at Centennial and then proceeds to crap out on us coming down W. Runningbrook. He is definitely a race day guy.
Get back to BB to find out the bandaid had fallen off and that was the reason for the pain. Running hurts.
