Notes

Change of plans, lifted today so I can try to make the meet in Bloomington tomorrow; however a sudden car problem could make this a very interesting weekend with all the travel planned - but I'll be there Phil!!!

Other note: great lifting workout, I've weighed in under 180 a couple times now and feel great lifting (breathing issues aside) Did biceps, and shoulders/back and abs with some fun chest stuff.
