Chest/tri

1 set of 110s with 5 pulse ups after 5 reps, couldn't get the right arm up on the 2nd set

2 sets of 100s, 5 reps with 5 pulse ups

2 sets of ( 5x90 w/ 5 pulse ups, dips, 5x40 squeeze with pulse ups, dips)

2 sets of (5x 80 w/ 5 pulse ups, dips, 5 x 30 squeeze with pulse ups, dips

3 rounds of push ups ( 4x (pushup, dips, pushup, dip)

well one round did curls in there,

3 x ( chest row 70 w/ pulse ups, weighted dips 70, chest row 40 with pulse up, curl routine of max curl, 10 second break followed by max isometric hold, 10 seconds, then max rep of eccentric curls)

then abs.
