Notes

don't know where this came from, but the legs definitely had some "pop" in them (for me anyway). The left knee had some twinges with lateral forces of course, but nothing too inhibiting. Actually moved quickly enough to feel the CV system engaged.

-hamstrings really felt the "floppy" nordics from yesterday. I'm hoping to incorporate them about 3 times/wk for now and see how that goes.
