Notes

Not too bad of a VROM day, not getting big pumps but still feeling the muscles work. Judging from my obliques I probably need to go another 10 lbs down and hold there for like 2-3 months and then build back up. Who knows, kind of thinking a 1 day fast each week should cut it for a while.
