Notes

I was so convinced I was skipping this run that I changed out of my running clothes, but I realized I wasn't being cautious with tired legs, but instead being weak minded so I changed back and planned on plodding through 4 at 8:30 pace, but things got ok so I went for 6. The hills in the 3rd/4th miles really broke me though. But I feel better having done it than if I had skipped.
