Loved this workout: Back/Bicep/Shoulder
did the normal routine of 4x3x
Shoulder, curl, back, curl. Today did slow pullup, scapular pull ups and hand stand pushups for the back.
Started with 50s and 35s for the curls, then half way went to 40s and 30s - really did well on the slow side and got a lot of pump going. Shoulders are feeling healthier and stronger than ever.
Followed this up with 3x
Chest row (60), one hand curls of the curl bar (40) and then preacher curl, then throw curl, chest row (40), then weighted dips
Really found an all new squeeze on the chest rows that excited me as I think I can magnify my results from these now. Just really focused on a tight inner pec squeeze throughout the lift and loved it.
Then did a solid ab routine.
