DB chest presses

1 set of 110s 5 reps

1 set of 100s 5 reps

2 sets of 90s 5 reps

2 sets of 80s 5-7 reps + 2 sets of squeeze press 60 lbs 5 reps and dips between each

24 sets of pushups with 12 sets of dips and 12 sets of curls

3 sets of chest rows (65 lbs) followed by curls

3 sets of chest rows slow (45 lbs) followed by weighted dips (45 lbs)

abs.
