Notes

Not in shape yet. Felt good with my activation at 6:30 and even down to 6:15 pace - although after a few miles it really was too quick for me to maintain for very long. My legs were worn down by mile 10 and after that my legs shifted to a shorter stride that ultimately caused me to take too much pounding on my quads which really beat them up for the remainder of the race. Sadly, two days later I'm still extremely sore from the race. I took monday off, and am taking today off as well. I'll see about tomorrow - I'm leaning against it at the moment too.
