Dense strength

10x1x185 incline with Nordics and ATG DB lunges

did 2 reps for last half - will increase incline to 195 next; also lowered Nordic height

10x3 pullups with incline fly and incline hangs

10 sets of sled push

knee was a little roughed up from the run yesterday, but as of this writing on monday doing better.
