Notes

Bicep and back, woke up really sore and tired the last two nights which is why I haven't run. I'm going to have to space things out well until I am at full breathing capacity. I just get worn down too easily at this point. But I think things are improving and I think my body is looking better which is a sign of at least some positive results despite my current limitations.
