Notes

just chest, back, bicep - and legs - didn't quite get through the whole thing as I was on the line to vomit; which normally I wouldn't care about but I didn't have the time or food necessary to replace the calories already prepared.

Leg is closer to normal - woke up yesterday with a bad IT band from probably a poor sleeping position. I'll run again tomorrow I suspect.
