shoulders were: double press, alt press, hand stand pushup, squat row, butterfly, handstand pushup (repeat)

Back: scapular, scapular, butterfly pull up (all times 4)

biceps: in/out, static, supination, crouching, hammer, supination (repeat)

light chest rows with drag curls and throw curls (x6)

abs (all x 2)

legs - bosu squat, single leg, bosu superman, heavy squat jump, single leg squat jump, calf raises (all repeat)
