about 6 minutes faster than the last 6 mile run I had. The runs are starting to feel like a run should except I'm just out of shape - really I think my breathing is still a ways from being healed, but the sensation it leaves me is one of being out of shape. I suspect this will continue for quite some time as I need to get into shape, as well as continue to heal my breathing, and do both while weighing around 185 instead of 165. But at least I feel like I can get faster and stronger so I'm encouraged.

Just wanted to cruise 8:30s for the first half and see how I felt, opened with 8:40 then ran 8:15 until the last mile which was about 8.
