Notes

Chest workout with tricep abs and legs.

Held off the dips til I hit the pushups so that I could lift heavier on the dumbbell presses

Did 3 sets of about 5 at 90lbs (so dumbbell pressing my body weight) I was pleased with this effort and did 70s for the squeeze press, Then dropped to 80 and 60 for 2 more sets and 70 and 50 for two more sets.

Pushups were:

standard plus,

decline bosu

close grip

single ball

one arm balanced

double ball

bird dog

dec bosu

yoga pu

single ball

one arm balanced

double ball

chest rows and tricep extension

then abs and legs. the standard stuff x 2.
