Left hip better and the left knee back to baseline level of pain, tenderness and instability. Which is manageable and I had improved hip mobility and strength and that made it easier to focus on mechanics as well. It all kind of fed each other making the effort tolerable. Promising run if I kept increasing hip strength/mobility.

Sauna 20 mins after + cold shower.
