Notes

Well I may not breathe well yet, but I sure keep getting stronger lifting. Big bicep/back shoulder workout and then threw in some more chest stuff at the end; rows and squeeze presses (light weight high reps and slow). Then did abs and legs. Exactly one month until the cruise and even though I don't really care about having some beach body thing, I think it is fun to have a little block of time to try and get the most results you can during. See what happens.
