chest/tri

dumbbell bench press

warmed up with 70s then went to 100s - only did one set; could have done more with a spotter, but I can't take it off the chest from a rest solo after the first set because I'm too tired. so I dropped to 90s for a couple sets then 80s for a couple then cooled down with 60s

also did squeeze presses between each set of 70s, then 60s

full pushup routine,

full ab routine

leg routine.
