Notes

my legs were much more sore today all through the posterior side. I decided to go twelve and try to keep it comfortable and easy, the hills still wore me down though so the last 3 hovered around 8 minutes and were filled with fatigue. I think it is good to get through those extra miles here and there right now to prep me for going into full training sometime after the marathon.
