maybe just under an hour but clearly I've put together a whole new level of lifting routines that should yield ridiculous results. This was chest, tricep, legs and abs - the order and style of the lifts though is everything and I can not believe how much awesomer this felt when combined with some of my other training "discoveries" the last year.
