Call this the first of my new Dense Strength workouts to balance my weekday VROMs
Intended to use 205 for the incline bench but on set 3 the rack fell off and i had to isometric hold the weight a minute til Mandy could come repair the rack. So for safety due to fatigue I dropped down to 155 and did 3 reps instead of 1
Incline bench 10 x 1 every minute with slant board squat and Jefferson curls as the rest tike
205 for 3 sets then 155x3 reps for last 7
10x2 pull-ups/minute with 30 sec incline curl hang followed by incline curls for the rest minute
7 sets of sled hill pushes. Achilles got a little heated up by the end so stopped rather than go for 10
