Notes

Chest and Tricep - Really happy with this workout; I felt like I did some excellent contractions during this workout. Pulled out several extra reps by focusing on the squeeze of the chest rather than the push of the arms and my technique continues to improve.

2x110s (6 and 4 - managed to get this up from rest w/o a spotter and still get several reps)

2x100s (3-5 each, did some pulse ups on these as well)

3x(90, dips, 50s squeeze, dips)

Pushup Routine

6 sets with dips

6 sets with curls

6 sets w/ dips

3x(chest rows 65s, dips w/ 65s, chest rows 45, curls w/ 100 lb bar)

Chest rows felt great did both sets super slow with a nice hold at parallel, Good squeeze on the pecs bringing them back up, and overall surprised how light the 65s felt.

Ab work, and small amount of legs.
