great run with the Fetros. i did get some sore hips going around mile 9 and i wanted to stop and pee, but they were starting to drop me there so i knew i wouldn't be able to catch bake up running solo, so i just hung on and concentrated on my leg motion to ease my aching IT bands. at first i was depressed that i keep feeling sore at the end of my long runs with people, but looking back i see that the last several quick long runs i have done have been in either terrible road conditions which make my hips work more, or i was sore from something else before the run, so i don't have a good baseline to compare to right now. I'll just trust that my training is going well and that i'll be ready for the mini to run strong the entire time.
