Notes
Back and triceps 5x10 workout. Feeling like I am carrying the most muscle mass of my life and just starting to see a drop in fat. 3 good weeks more of eating control and I think I might see significant changes by 1st quarter eval.
Also did about a mile run/walk and realize I need to re coordinate my right leg so i think I will just work on this more athletic gait so that I might just retrain the leg to move better than ever before. Mechanically it feels great when the pain holds off.
