started off on bench press

10x225, then 7x225

went to db bench with 3x6 with 100s

then

3x(6x80s w/ pulse up, dips, 5x50 squeeze, dips)

Pushup/dip routine with Matt

3x(5x chest rows w/ 60s, dips w/ 60s, 5xchest rows w/ 40s, dips with 40s)

ab routine.
