Notes

This was super slow - ran it in the heat which didn't help, but I really think I was fatigued from the big lifting workouts yesterday on both upper body and lower body. I really pushed the Leg workout so that had me worn out. I'll take a recovery tomorrow (although do an upper body workout) I may try to move my leg workouts to the days of my bigger runs so I get a full recovery from them on the short days.

I've heard of this approach - make your hard days hard and your recovery days purely recovery.

Yeah, I'm going to have to listen to my body and let it fully recover before doing much on it again - Just introducing too much stimulus at once to roll through it all.
