Chest, tri, abs and legs - but added some biceps in there too.
changed the heavy part to DB press, squeeze press, and alt 1 arm press
did a set of 100, but since I was doing the dips between each set by the time I got back to 100 I couldn't quite get it up so I dropped to 85 for about 4 sets
and then 70s for everything else.
full pushup routine/dips
Chest rows (60/40) and curls slow 45s
took a little off the abs because of some pain by the incision. and full leg routine. with curls in between sets; slow 45 and slow 40s
