Matt showed up for the first time in a few months and that slowed this down as we talked some but mostly because we alternated sets. He didn't do much which is expected.
I managed 2 sets of 100s for the dumbbell bench about 3-5 reps
then 2 sets of 90s for about 5 reps
and then 2 sets of 80s for around 8 reps
did 70s, 60s, and 50s for the squeeze press
Did a bunch of random pushups and then abs and legs - put down full pistol squats on the bosu with kettlebells which I kind of feel had to look manly.
