Notes

Back/biceps - with some leg and chest and abs

Very solid workout, I forgot to do my flexing so I could have gotten more; but added in the ring curls - that is going to be a staple exercise now. Arms looked the best I've seen them after this workout which is not bad for not really feeling beat up afterward.

Didn't get a run in as I was car shopping all day afterward.
