Notes
In the begining, (fist mile) I had to stop about three times because my calf was tight. Each time I tryed streaching it out. The pain came back each time. Then in the second mile about twice more. The lattes part of the second and all of the third I ran fine with no trouble. My time was pretty slow because of al the stopping, streaching, and starting again. In the end I felt great. I'll have to see how tomarow is, how I feel. I may take the day off, or run a short easy one.
