pretty sure i have/had tendonitis ! After taking a week off this felt ok. Went light and slow because not tryna push it.
Been icing it a lot. Maybe if I just take things really light and slow for a while it'll be alright; should prob just take like another week off to be sure but it really sucks not having access to the school gym to bike and stuff.
2019 has been my highest mileage year yet. Some injuries and time off that lowered it but feeling good about 2020
