ran on Sunday and my face got sunburnt and today I ran and it was snowing! life in the Midwest baby.
I noticed after my long run I was starting to feel the foot injury coming back (big nightmare energy!) so i took the past 2 days off. Today felt good enough to go for a little jog and hopefully will be back to normal soon. I guess I really have no business running long runs like that right now anyway so I should just chill on the mileage because I simply have nothing to gain by over doing it and hurting myself again
