Slowed it down this morning, or tried anyway. Original plan was to do an easy/slow double today, long run tomorrow, then finish up whatever scraps I had left to reach 50 miles on Sunday. But now I’m thinking maybe I should keep it lighter today if I want to have a good LR tomorrow. Then another part of me is thinking aiming for 50 isn’t a good idea at all because it’ll trigger my messy on again/off again foot injury that plagued me all winter sooo who knows
