Crunches and pushups. Definitely falling off the core wagon lately. I made the difficult decision to not run today and pull the plug in my 50 mile week goal. Kills me inside a bit but it’s for the best. Foots hurting again in the same place it used to, which I kinda predicted. As long as I don’t push it I think I should be ok in a few days but here’s to hoping I have the patience for that
