3 mi tempo: 7:12, 7:09, 7:09. Then did 6 x 1 min at 5k pace with about a minute rest in between. Pace for that was 6:08 (which def isn't my actual 5k pace but whatever). Felt pretty decent on the tempo actually and think it would have been a couple seconds faster per mile but i had to go around some construction guys at one point and then there were a couple strips of wooden planks that were slippery from the cold/rain that slowed me down a tad. If i don't do the turkey trot I think i am ready for a 5k time trial some time over break, even if i'm not in the sub 20 range yet.
