Proved a little cold never killed a runner. Some ice out there that slowed us down but never stopped us. 9 miles easy with DeeDra, and then off on my own for a progressive long run. 8:32, 8:27, 8:13, 8:06, 8:05, 8:09. Purring like a happy kitten now.
