Notes

We would do 1 mile easy, then 1 mile hard. Averaged 8:09-8:20 for the fast miles. Some fatigue in my legs, but lungs were doing great. Was a good workout. We stopped because DeeDra was exhausted, and it was probably wise for me to stop. Feeling really good this week but my legs are not fresh. Amazing that nothing is hurting the last two days. Just three weeks from taper.
