Notes

Legs have been really sore after that 22 mile run. Everything hurts. The side of my left leg feels raw and hurts to touch. My calf muscles are tight, and the tendons on my lower legs feel beat up. My hip flexors are really tight too. Doing lots of foam rolling and stretching and it is making a big difference. Trying to drink lots of water too.
