Notes

Did hill repeats on Old River Bluff Roads hill. Did maybe 200 yards on the bottom of it, 5 times. That hill is hard to walk, impossible to run. Plus I felt really crumming today, so today the hill one. later in the day my butt and groin was sore. Same place I was sore in the marathon so I must have more work to do on this hill.
