Perfect weather. Calfs were tight in the begining but legs loosened up. My first mile was a 9:45 pace. My last mile was a 8:30 pace. I was bookin at the end. Felt great. Can't weight to be the runner I use to be.
Really watched the calories today. Ate about 1100 and felt great. Would like my weight down to under 120.
Stll have a concerning shin splint on my left leg. Been icing but need to ice and massage more.
